Fixing back Avulsed ie. the same tooth in place, if intact and brought immediately after injury. Most common injury due to fall or injury to face resulting in the front tooth or teeth falling out due to the impact on upper or lower jaw. If the tooth is brought to a specialist with in first few hours of injury it can be successfully placed into its socket and splinted with wires or composites thereby saving the loss of a natural tooth and the associated implications. Such a tooth can be brought either by immediately keeping in the mouth itself or in normal saline or cold milk as found in emergency and carried to us wherein we will wash with antiseptic and replace it in the socket and fix up the tooth.
